Rental periods  

By Month

Rental periods by month are considered to be 3PM on the first day of the month (except in January it will be the 2nd) until 10AM of the on the last day to the respective month.

By Week
Rental periods by week are no longer available. However, please inquire with any requests as owner will try to accommodate your preferences.

 

Fees and Deposits  
Cleaning - There is a $100 cleaning fee for your stay.  
Florida tax- All rental fees are subject to 6% Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax.
Security Deposit - There will be a $300 security deposit that will be returned once it has been confirmed that there was no damage to the condo while you were there.  An amount will be deducted from your deposit to cover all damages.  If damage exceeds the $300 dollar amount, you will be required to pay all additional costs.  
Reservation deposit - Once you have decided on a time to stay, you will need to send in a deposit of 50% of the rental fees to reserve your dates.  This deposit is not refundable and is forfeited if balance of rent, security deposit and cleaning fee are not received 30 days prior to checking in.
If desired dates are booked, please still inquire as owner will try to accommodate you with other available units. Also inquire about multiple units if multiple families or parties are sharing same vacation.
