Rental periods  

By Month

Monthly rentals are considered to be 3 P.M. on the first day of the month (except in January it will be the 2nd) until 10 A.M. of the on the last day to the respective month.

By Week
Rental periods by week are generally no longer available.  However, if you have a rental period of 2 weeks or more, please inquire with any requests as owner will try to accommodate your preferences.

 

Fees and Deposits  
Cleaning - There is a $125 cleaning fee for your stay.  
Florida tax- All rental fees are subject to 6% Sales Tax and 4% Tourist Tax.
Security Deposit - There will be a $500 security deposit that will be returned once it has been confirmed that there was no damage to the condo while you were there.  An amount will be deducted from your deposit to cover all damages.  If damage exceeds the $500 dollar amount, you will be required to pay all additional costs.  
Reservation deposit - Once you have decided on a time to stay, you will need to send in a deposit of 50% of the rental fees to reserve your dates.  This deposit is not refundable and is forfeited if balance of rent, security deposit and cleaning fee are not received 30 days prior to checking in.
